Terms

A booking deposit of 30% will secure your booking with the balance payable six weeks before arrival. A separate security deposit of 300 Euro to be included with deposit. This will be returned within two weeks after departure when the property has been checked and deemed in good condition. All payments made via PayPal.

Prices to include heating/hot water, changing of towels and bed linen and a general clean once a week. This does not include washing of personal items or dishes.

Changeover day generally on Saturday and checkout time is 12 noon. However arrangements can be made for your schedule. Weekend and long-term rates available.

A welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, ham and eggs will be in the house upon your arrival.
